Each team will be allotted a 9 ft x 9 ft pit located in the same building as the field. Pits will be equipped with a single 110v outlet. Cordless hand tools are recommended as the total current available to each pit will be limited.
Machine Shop
A machine shop will not be available; however a courtesy pit with a drill press and band saw will be available onsite. Please make arrangements and plan on not having other tools available.
Loading and Unloading
The facility will be available for pit set up from 3-7 pm on Friday, November 4th and 7:00- 8:30 am on Saturday November 5th. Please make arrangements to unload your materials by 8:30 am on Saturday morning.
Please note that dollies, forklift, or raised dock will NOT be available. Please make appropriate arrangements.
Please note that while a security guard will be present when the gym is open, Cerner or LSHS does not hold any liability for items left in a team’s pit overnight.
